TOTAL Egypt goes live with Retail 360 platform, which is an extension on top of mSurveo .

The Retail 360 platform is a suite of applications developed by quTIP for TOTAL Egypt on top of mSurveo. The platform is a central database of all TOTAL fuel stations (whether company owned or franchised) containing all information related to TOTAL fuel stations such as services provided, products available, tanks, pumps and nozzles.

TOTAL territory managers use a mobile application running over both iOS and Android platforms. Through this mobile application, territory managers log their visits to assigned stations and record results of all checklists and audit controls they run at the stations.

Management, on the other hand, are provided with a wealth of dashboards and reports to analyze quality, safety and service levels of stations in addition to monitoring performance of their territory managers in maintaining company standards. Click here for more information on mSurveo.
