Schneider Electric Egypt goes live with DVC Performance Tracking System

Schneider Electric Egypt Plant goes live today with DVC Performance Tracking System, which was developed by quTIP.

The system tracks the time taken at each stage in the production process of each component of each order. Using a mobile application, the technician or engineer selects the work order, the component and its production stage and starts a timer. Once the work is done, the technician or engineer ends the timer.

System keeps track of the time taken in each order and provides alerts in case of any delay. Delay reasons have to be specified. This allows management to take preventative measures to avoid delays in the future.

Orders and their progress are graphically illustrated on billboards dispersed over the various departments of the plant.
